Build a tree

Phylogenetic trees are meant to represent our best guess as to the relatedness among organisms.

In this tutorial, we will go over some crucial concepts needed to correctly build phylogenetic trees using microbial data. We will then apply those concepts in order to build a phylogenetic tree by hand.
